I used to think teaching was the best way to change the world.

I’ve since realized there are many other things one can do.

Raising children probably also works, as does making things and demanding that those who have the power to change the rules, do.

I’m married to an artist. Our two children, Z and E, were born exactly two years apart, and E was born in our bedroom, at home. This is why.
